Welcome

I'm passionate about working with adults who are driven to see change in their mood, feelings, relationships, or habits and who are ready to work collaboratively to meet their goals. I find using TEAM-CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with clients makes it possible to reach the desired outcomes more quickly and effectively.

Embarking on a journey of self-improvement through the process of therapy is a profound experience. I am honored to have an opportunity to work together with you to help you meet your personal goals for growth and change.

My approach

I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals who are seeking healing and change. Anxiety, depression, panic symptoms, OCD, relationship issues, and communication challenges are all areas where I can be most effective working with my patients.

I regularly work with First Responders and their family members, university and post-grad students, and those looking to use their EAP benefits.

I use TEAM-CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with my clients who are struggling with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, grief, and other issues.

TEAM-CBT, created by psychiatrist Dr. David Burns, is an evidenced-based approach with empathy as the starting point. It uses various techniques, including CBT, to achieve therapeutic success using a collaborative approach between therapist and patient. The steps include: Testing, Empathy, Agenda setting/Acceptance, and Methods

Please call or text with any questions or to talk about using your EAP benefits.
